WHAT'S INCLUDED?
The fee I charge pays me for my time. I'll work with you to help with whatever it is you need to plan the perfect trip! I will typically provide you with 3-5 recommendations for each area you request. But rest assured, when I send you the quote for my services, I'll tell you exactly what you can expect in return.
WILL YOU BOOK EVERYTHING FOR ME?
No. I do the research & send you the best options. You will need to book accommodations and/or activities through the links provided.
HOW SOON AFTER PURCHASING WILL I RECEIVE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS?
It depends on what your needs are. Once I know more about what kind of recommendations you need from me, I will provide you with a quote & let you know what you can expect from me (including a time frame). You can then choose to move forward or not.
IS YOUR TRAVEL PLANNING ASSISTANCE WORTH THE COST?
In a word...yes! By having me do all of the digging for you, you'll save MANY hours of searching and frustration. Removing the stress of planning is like giving yourself a spa day for a crazy low price!
ARE YOU A TRAVEL AGENT?
No. I provide travel planning assistance only. I do not book anything or handle any booking issues with vendors/homeowners or any issues that arise while you are traveling. I simply research & make recommendations.
WHAT IF MY TRIP DETAILS CHANGE? CAN YOU DO ANOTHER SEARCH FOR ME?
Of course! Please just keep in mind that each time I go to work for you, I will need to collect an additional fee for my time. So, try to make sure you have as much information and details finalized as possible beforehand.
WHAT IF I GO TO BOOK MY ACCOMMODATION OR ACTIVITY AND THEY ARE ALL BOOKED UP?
I will send you the best of the best that is available at the time I perform the search. This means that other people will be looking at them also. Every link I send you IS available at the time of my email. But, please do not delay booking. As soon as you see my email, go ahead and book your desired property/activity. If more than 24 hours have passed since I sent you my recommendations and everything is booked, you will need to pay an additional fee for another search. If LESS THAN 24 hours have passed, I will be happy to perform another search & provide you with additional recommendations (at no charge).
WHAT IF YOU CAN'T FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WANT?
I will make every effort to make recommendations that perfectly fit the details you provide. However, there are rare instances where the things people want just aren't available. If this is the case, I will make recommendations that come as close to your request as possible.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
I am confident that you will be extremely happy with my recommendations and that you will greatly value the time & effort saved. If you change your mind and decide you do not want my services, please email me BEFORE I send you my recommendations and I will provide a full refund. Once recommendations have been sent to you, we have a strict no refund policy.
IF I HAVE PROBLEMS BOOKING OR WHILE ON MY TRIP, DO I CONTACT YOU?
No. My services only include doing the research and providing you with options. Any issues will need to be addressed directly with owners/hosts/managers of each establishment.
