Hands down one of the best restaurants in Grapevine, Texas to have breakfast!
This is where we take all of our out-of-town guests for breakfast. They also serve lunch, but we love their breakfast food so much, we just can't make ourselves order anything else.
It’s just good country cookin’. Here are a few of my personal favorites:
- Favorite French Toast: Saloon Lady with the Cowgirl Crunch French Toast with sliced bananas, caramel drizzle, powdered sugar & whip cream) PRO TIP: Skip the caramel & ask for some peanut butter syrup!
- Favorite Tex-Mex: Papi's Huevos (fried tortillas with refried beans, chrizo, queso, eggs & cheese).
There will probably be a wait, and it will be worth it!

This one was the overall mom favorite! A blend of Mexican food styles (Mexico, Santa Fe & Tex-Mex). Be sure to try their crowd-pleasing table-side guacamole (with BACON in it) and a ’Hell Freezes Over” cocktail.
The atmosphere is perfect for a date night & they have a full bar with some great cocktail options! One of the restaurants in Grapevine to get Mexican food.

My husband and I both get the exact same thing EVERY time…Fried Oyster Nachos to start & then the Blackened Red Fish with crawfish cream sauce, rice & vegetables (on the specials menu on the wall).
They also have live music on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Definitely among the best places to eat downtown.

These are sort of one and the same. The bakery side is more of a walk-in, order some pastries and go (though there are a few tables) and the Chez side is more of a sit-down restaurant & bar with a fun atmosphere.
